MINOT – Dick and Patty Roy of Minot are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Nelson Moser, son of Neil and Toni Moser of Galena, Ill.

Ms. Roy is a graduate of Poland Regional High School and served in the U.S. Navy. She is currently enrolled at New Hampshire College and is employed at Met Life as a financial advisor in Tacoma, Wash.

Mr. Moser is a graduate of Galena High School and served in the U.S. Navy. He is employed by the U.S. government at Bangor Naval Base in Silverdale, Wash.

A July wedding will take place in Auburn.
