LISBON – Three Lisbon High School graduates have qualified for the AP Scholar Award by completing three or more AP exams with grades of 3 or higher. The scholars are Sara Adams, Aaron Cloutier, and Steven Michaud.

Sara Adams is the daughter of Dana and Mary Ann Adams of Lisbon Falls. She is attending Quinnipiac University in Mount Carmel, Conn.

Aaron Cloutier is the son of Timothy and Julie Cloutier of Lisbon. He is a soldier in the United States Air Force.

Steven Michaud is the son of Brian Michaud of Lisbon. He is attending the University of Maine at Orono.

Through 37 different college-level courses and exams, AP provides students with the opportunity to earn college credit or advanced placement. Each exam is developed by a committee of college and university faculty and AP teachers.

AP is accepted by more than 3,600 colleges and universities worldwide for college credit, advanced placement, or both on the basis of successful AP exam grades.
