DURHAM – Announcement is made of the engagement of Meghan Mangan and Erik Norman, both of Durham.

Miss Mangan is the daughter of Ruthann Mangan of Auburn. She is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School and attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle, where she received a bachelor’s degree in 2003, with concentrations in sociology and psychology. She is currently employed at Tri-County Mental Health Services as a children’s case manager in Lewiston.

Mr. Norman is the son of Karl and Nancy Norman of Phippsburg. He is a 1993 graduate of Morse High School and graduated in 1997 from the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently employed as an engineering manager for Mechanical Services in Portland.

An evening wedding is planned for May 9.
