PARIS – An Oxford County grand jury has indicted a Norway couple in connection with four burglaries in four towns last fall.

Wilson W. Arroyo, 45, and Wednesday Westleigh, 32, both of Norway Center Road, are each charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of theft, three counts of criminal mischief, and one count of receiving stolen property.

The indictment states that the burglaries occurred between September and October 2008 in Albany Township, Hebron, Norway and Waterford. More than $1,000 in items were stolen from each residence, and included laptop computers, televisions, DVD players, jewelry and a satellite receiver.

According to a report by Detective Gary Hill of the Norway Police Department, the couple went to residences to offer snow plowing services but did not have a vehicle capable of doing the job. Several stolen items were later found in their residence.
