Fluctuating temperatures along Back Cove on the side of Baxter Boulevard in Portland have created a series of natural ice sculptures. The beautiful weather of late will end with an impending storm in the forecast that is predicted to dump a mix of snow, rain and everything between Wednesday night and Thursday.
