AUBURN – Actor, filmmaker and comedian Quinn Collins of Portland will headline comedy night Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Fireside Inn & Suites. He will be joined by Brian Joyce and Steve Macone.

Collins has appeared in seven films and written, directed and starred in five. He is a past winner of Portland’s Funniest Professional Comedy Contest and has performed in top clubs in Boston, New York and Los Angeles.

A Boston native, Joyce has performed worldwide. He was one of only four Americans invited to perform at the 2006 Comedy on Tap Festival in Ireland and has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Galway Comedy, Boston Comedy and Bulmer’s International Comedy festivals. In June 2006, he made his first television appearance for RTE Television in Ireland, with a performance at the StandUp for Childline benefit recorded live in Dublin.

Macone is a regular at Boston clubs and colleges, and has performed at the prestigious “Comics Come Home” show alongside Denis Leary, Steven Wright, Patrice O’Neal and Bill Burr.

The Fireside Inn offers comedy every Saturday night. Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets are $14 at the door, $12 with a reservation. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. For reservations, call 777-1777. The Fireside Inn is at 1777 Washington St., at Exit 75 of the Maine Turnpike.
