PARIS – The following arrests were recorded at the Oxford County Jail:

• Mark A. Packard, 38, of Old Orchard Beach, Feb. 20, operating under the influence, probation violation, no bail listed as of Feb. 23, Mexico Police Department.

• David J. Hovan, 21, of Oxford, Feb. 21, Portland District Court warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of theft, $200 bail, Oxford Police Department.

• Troy W. Masterman, 33, of Waterford, Feb. 21, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault, probation violation, no bail listed as of Feb. 23, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

• Joshua N. Taylor, 24, of Portland, Feb. 21, violation of bail conditions, no bail listed as of Feb. 23, Maine State Police.
