Contradance set

FARMINGTON – A contradance will be held on Saturday, March 14, to the music of the New Yankee Soul Revue, with Kim Roberts calling.

Winter location is the Fairbanks School Meeting House, 508 Fairbanks Road. All dances will be taught and all are welcome. No partner is necessary.

A beginner workshop will take place at 7:30 p.m. with the dance at 8. Cost is $6; $15 family max. For more information, call 491-9928 or visit www.starleft.org.

Meeting canceled

LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens meeting, scheduled for Monday, Feb. 23, was canceled due to snow.

Beano will be played at the Monday, March 2, meeting. Other cards and games will also be played by those who wish.

International buffet

WILTON – The Wilton First Congregational Church will hold a public international buffet supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7. Dishes representing many countries of the world will be served. Donations will benefit the church and the Wilton Food Pantry. All are welcome.
