LEWISTON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Nicole Lagasse and Andre Chamberland.

The future bride is the daughter of Mary Dempsey of Lewiston and Paul and Rose Lagasse of Auburn. She is currently enrolled at the University of Maine for her bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology and plans to graduate this May.

The future bridegroom is the son of Jean and Anne Chamberland of St. Agatha. He received his associate’s degree in automotives from Eastern Maine Community College in 2001, and has been employed with Chamberland Carpentry under Lord Builders for nine years.

The couple has planned a fall wedding at Highlands in Turner.
