LEWISTON – Central Maine Medical Center will host an Accenting Women’s Health healthy-eating cooking demonstration at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 9, and again at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 12, in the chairmen’s rooms on the lower level of the 12 High Street Medical Office Building.

The presentations are free and open to men and women.

Leading the sessions will be Jodi Cornelio, a nutritionist and personal trainer at CMMC.

Cornelio has been offering nutrition and personal training consultative services for more than 15 years. Prior to joining CMMC last year, she operated her own wellness center where she and her staff coached, counseled and trained a large client base.

Cornelio earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition from the University of Maine at Farmington and her master’s degree in business administration from Thomas College in Waterville. She is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and in holistic health practices, Hatha Yoga and Pilates through the International Sports Medicine Association.
