AUBURN – Stanley Baker Jr. of Auburn was promoted to glory on March 4, after a brief illness.
He was born Nov. 13, 1932, the son of Stanley Baker Sr. and Margaret (Senette) Baker of South Portland. He graduated from South Portland High School in 1952.
He was married to Antoinette Chapman from 1957 to 1965.
He is survived by his two children, a daughter, Laurel Reed of Dresden and a son, David Baker of Panama City, Fla.; as well as a brother, Philip Baker of Gorham; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was loved by all.
