FARMINGTON – Funeral services for Everett Leon Vining were held Thursday from the Trinity United Methodist Church, Farmington, with the Rev. Terry McKinley officiating. Pallbearers were Derrick Tyler, Jacob Richards, Mike Richards, Arnold “Butch” Borthwick, Dr. Kenneth Rockwood and Richard “Dick” Fogg. Congregational hymns included “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Amazing Grace.” Organists were Nancy Landsmun and Sandra Hoyt. Terry McKinley was soloist and sang “Be Still My Soul.” After services, members of the Maine Masonic Lodge 20, Farmington, conducted Masonic services. The church hospitality committee hosted a reception in the church vestry at the conclusion of services. Private family committal services, with full military honors will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Farmington, later in the springtime. Arrangements were in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, Farmington.
