LEWISTON – Helen Sanders, owner of Little Bay Baking Company and veteran gluten-free cook and baker, will share some of her baking mixes and kitchen wisdom from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 19, at the St. Mary’s Nutrition Center of Maine, 208 Bates St.

Learn tips on gluten-free baking as well as how to put together gluten-free mixes. Participants will see a preview of the DVD, “Gluten-Free Cooking from Scratch.”

The presentation will also include opportunities to try samples from the company and purchase products.
