SABATTUS – Jillson’s Farm and Sugarhouse, located at 143 Jordan Bridge Road, Sabattus, announces its 20th anniversary. The celebration will begin on Maine Maple Sunday, March 22, and continue with special events throughout the year.
The farm was established around 1830 by the Jordan family and stayed in that family until purchased by the Jillsons in 1988. The farm stand and sugarhouse were built at its present location in the winter of 1988-89.
Maine Maple Sunday at Jillson’s will feature a sugar party, an all-day, farm-fresh breakfast from 7 a.m. until closing, freshly made maple syrup and other maple products.
