WALES – Richard W. Sellinger Sr. passed away at his place of residence in Wales on March 15.

He was born in Lewiston, Oct. 6, 1947, to Edward William and Lorraine Lefebvre Sellinger. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, having served 18 months there.

He was a finish carpenter by trade and loved the outdoors, in particular, hunting and spending time fishing at his wood lot.

Survivors include his sons and their families, Matthew, Michael, Robert, Thomas and his wife, Lisa and Richard and his wife, Ann; eight grandchildren, Dylan, Austin, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Caleb, Maya and Liam; a sister, Dorothy Smith and her husband, Lewis; two nephews, Brian Smith and Adam Smith and his wife, Tina; a great-nephew, Gage Smith; and three great-nieces, Emma Smith and Krystle and Christina Coleman, all of Wales.

He was predeceased by his parents; and his daughter, Catherine Louise.
