RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Alice Metivier was celebrated Tuesday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Ave Maria,” “You Raise Me Up,” “On Eagles Wings” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” Readings were done by her grandson, Michael Metivier and her granddaughter, Kelly Metivier. The eulogy was given by her son, Armand Metivier. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall. Services were under the care of SG Thibault Funeral Home.
