LEWISTON – The Maine Gladiators Zone 3 Tier I team announces its team structure and tryout schedule for the 2009-10 season.

The Gladiators field skaters from Lewiston, Auburn, Midcoast and Western Maine.

Squirts (birth years 1999 and 2000) will compete in the MeAHA Tier I (Comp A) league and the Valley League.

Pee Wees (1997 and 1998) will compete in the MeAHA Tier I (Comp A) league and the Valley League.

Bantams (1995 and 1996) will will compete in the MeAHA Tier I (Comp A) and other league to be determined after the team is selected.

Divisional Tryout Times at Ingersoll Arena in Auburn as follows:

Squirts – April 6 & 8, 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Peewee – April 6 & 8, 6:45 p.m to 8:15 p.m.

Bantams – April 6 & 8, 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The try-out fee is $40 per skater and is due the first tryout day. Skaters must attend both nights of evaluations.
