WILTON – The children and families of Rebecca Adams and Boyd Ladd, both of Wilton, are announcing their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of Brenda Hemingway of North Glenn, Colo., and Marc L’Italien of Lawrence, Mass. She is a 2001 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is employed at Wal-Mart in Farmington.

The future bridegroom is the son of Skip and Elayne Ladd of Wilton. He is a 1999 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is employed at Stratton Lumber in Stratton.

An Aug. 15 wedding is planned.
