ANDOVER, Mass. (AP) – A Massachusetts-based consulting, engineering and information technology services provider has received a $50 billion federal government contract.

Dynamics Research Corp. says the contract runs for five years and has an option for a five-year extension.

The Andover-based company will offer information technology services and business solutions to all federal agencies under terms of the contract.

Dynamics Research was one of the initial 29 companies awarded contracts in 2007 to support the federal government in daily operations, protecting infrastructure, fighting terrorism and developing and marketing emerging technologies.
