AUBURN – The Sacred Heart Golden Age Club of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish will meet Tuesday, April 14, in the church basement. Dinner of spaghetti, bread, salad and make-your-own sundaes will be served.

New price is $5 for the meal, which will begin at noon. Call Paula Baril at 576-4082 for reservations. Fred Bonney will play gospel music after dinner. The meeting will start at 1 p.m.

Members will dine at noon Thursday, May 7, at the Green Ladle in Lewiston. Cost of $8 must be paid by Friday, May 1. Tickets will be sold in April.

Members are reminded to bring nonperishable items for the food pantry or money for the cash container as well as religious items for overseas. It will be the last meeting that items will be collected for overseas.

A raffle will be held April 14 and members are asked to bring items. Tickets will be on sale five for $1 There will be another raffle in October.

The church main doors are open during the Golden Age meeting so those with handicaps may enter and use the elevator in the rear near the reconciliation side of the church. New members are welcome.

Lorraine Higgins is the new treasurer, replacing Lionel Ferland Sr. after his 25 years of service.
