DALLAS (AP) – Former President George W. Bush has given notice that he won’t agree to be deposed as part of the lawsuit filed by former property owners over his proposed presidential library.

The Dallas Morning News reports Friday that State District Judge Martin Hoffman is expected to rule April 17 on the suit between the two owners and Southern Methodist University.

The proposed library will be built on the school’s campus. The two former owners of a condominium say the school bullied them into selling the property without disclosing its plans.

The owners want to ask Bush whether school officials told him of their intentions.
