MINOT – Roland (Sonny) and Rose Begin Jr. of Minot are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Patricia Begin of Derry, N.H., to Geoffrey Kinnicutt of Derry, N.H., son of Mark and Corinne Kinnicutt of Bedford, N.H.

Miss Begin is a 1999 graduate of Hebron Academy and a 2003 graduate of St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the ICU Unit at Catholic Medical Center.

Mr. Kinnicutt is a graduate of Hyde School in Woodstock, Conn., and is currently attending the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He is employed as a customer service representative for Baron’s Major Brands.

An Aug. 29 wedding will be held at 1 p.m. at Portland Headlight picnic shelter at Fort Williams Park.
