NORWAY – Philip DuBois, administrator at Market Square Health Care Center, has been appointed a fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators.

The advancement to fellow represents the highest level of membership in ACHCA.

DuBois has been at Market Square for six years.

Market Square Health Care Center is part of the Maine Health family.
