DOVER, N.H. (AP) – Autopsies did not immediately show what caused the deaths of two young roommates found dead in separate locations in New Hampshire.

Police in the two small cities – Dover and Rochester – say 20-year-old Whitney Lizotte died Tuesday afternoon in Dover, soon after being taken to a hospital from a home there. About five hours later, paramedics in Rochester got an emergency call to go Lizotte’s apartment. Police Lt. Anthony Triano says they found her roommate – 22-year-old Brandy Sewall – dead inside.

Police say they are awaiting toxicology results for both autopsies, which could take weeks.

Hargustin “Harry” Soekarsono lived next door to the Rochester apartment, where he says people came and went frequently.
