Darlene Letourneau, center, a third-grade teacher at Martel Elementary School, has been awarded a $4,000 Best Buy Teach Award to be used to purchase technology to motivate students and help develop different levels of lessons. The technology will include iPods for the students, who will produce podcasts that showcase research projects.
