CHICO, Calif. – Barbara J. Callahan-Crowson, 48, formerly of Auburn, passed away Friday, April 24, quietly at home in her sleep.

She was born in Lewiston, July 19, 1960, daughter of Fred E. Pike and Judith A. Pike of Auburn, and birth father, Donald E. Callahan of Reno, Nev.

She was a 1978 graduate of Edward Little High School and worked as a certified nursing assistant at Central Maine Medical Center, prior to moving to California. She was married to Randy W. Crowson of Chico, Calif.

Survivors include her husband; mother, father and stepfather; sister, Carol and brother, Carl, both of Auburn and sister, Joline; and stepson, Matthew Crowson and stepdaughter, Beth Butler.

She was predeceased by a brother, Fred E. Pike III.
