Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on July 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Carl J. Oswald, 43, Rumford, operating under the influence, 7:27 p.m. April 23 on Hancock Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• Tina M. Thomas, 38, Mexico, operating after suspension, 2:40 p.m. April 22 on South Rumford Road. She was also summoned on charges of speeding and failure to show proof of insurance. Thomas was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Jessica Flynn, 25, Dixfield, domestic assault on April 11 in Rumford, 2:52 p.m. on April 20. She was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on June 2 in Rumford District Court.
