NORWAY – The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital will offer a Living Well – Chronic Disease Self-Management Program beginning in May.

The class will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays, May 28 through July 2, in the Harper Conference Center, Ripley Medical Building, next to Stephens Memorial Hospital.

Living Well is a six-week program for anyone living with a long-term health problem such as asthma, arthritis, COPD, diabetes or obesity. During the class participants will learn how to set goals that are doable, find ways to relax, manage stress, find support and solutions to problems and make daily tasks easier.
