RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Ernest W. Pariseau, formerly of Mexico, was celebrated Friday at Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius-St. John Church, Rumford, with the Rev. Angelo LeVasseur as celebrant.
Altar assistant was George Gionet, and organist was Mark Belanger. Music selections were “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” “Let There be Peace on Earth,” “Hosea,” and “America the Beautiful.”
Readings were given by Kelly Fitz-Randolph and Kerri Arsenault. The eulogy was given by Lee Petrie, Kelly Fitz-Randolph, Kerri and Joel Arsenault.
Committal services were conducted by the Rev. Angelo LeVasseur. Interment was at Demerritt Cemetery, West Peru.
Military honors were provided by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program, Augusta.
A reception followed the services at the parish hall of St. Athanasius-St. John Church in Rumford.
Arrangements were under the care of the Meader and Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
