AUBURN – The Auburn Middle School Odyssey of the Mind team will hold fundraising events in May to help fund their trip to compete in the World Finals in Iowa from May 26 to 31.

The following events have been planned:

Saturday, May 9: Pancake breakfast at Applebees restaurant will include pancakes, bacon, juice and coffee, from 8 to 10 a.m. Tickets are $5.

Saturday, May 9: FenderBender, a classic rock band, will perform at the Fireside Inn banquet room from 7 to 11 p.m. A cash bar will be available and tickets are $10.

Thursday, May 14: Flagship Cinemas in Auburn will have a special showing of “Twilight” from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $5 and there is limited seating.

Tickets for all events are available at the door on the event date or can be purchased in advance at Auburn Middle School.
