SOUTH PARIS – Sam Cloutier led a group of seven players to register goals as Lewiston raced to a 10-2 victory over Oxford Hills in a soggy KVAC boy’s lacrosse tilt Tuesday.

Cloutier led the Blue Devils (2-3) with three goals, while Erik Tiner added two. Alex Stone contributed with a goal and three assists, while single tallies from Craig Sirois, Ryan Lemelin, Erik Bonawicz and Devin McClellan completed the scoring. Eliot Chicoine and Jesse Leeman combined for eight saves to seal the win. The Vikings received goals from Collin Tucker and Dana Aube.

St. Dom’s 16, Buckfield 0

BUCKFIELD – Mary Lewis and Mary Caron both smacked home runs Tuesday as St. Dom’s hustled to a 16-0 romp over Buckfield in EWC softball action.

Erynne Landry led the Saints (3-1) with three hits and two RBIs, while Heidi Nadeau belted an RBI double. St. Dom’s exploded for 10 runs in the second inning and was never challenged. Lindsey Nance struck out five and yielded on hit for the Saints.
