LEWISTON – Funeral services were held Thursday morning for Lucas Andrew Parker at St. Joseph’s Church, after prayers at the Albert & Burpee Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Nathan March, who also recited prayers of committal at St. Peter’s Cemetery. The funeral procession included contingents from the Lewiston Public Works, Fire and Police Departments, and the Public Works Department vehicles lined the approach to the cemetery as the procession passed. Pallbearers were Lucas’s older brothers, Marcus Talarico, Marco Talarico, and Patrick Parker, his cousin Nick Potvin, and uncles Paul Olsen and Paul Potvin. After the service, family and friends gathered at the home of Paul and Louise Potvin in order to continue celebrating Lucas’s life with food and fellowship.
