JAY – The Healthy Community Coalition’s Mobile Health Unit will be at Hannaford Plaza from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, June 1.

The unit will be at Food City in Livermore Falls from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays, May 18, June 8 and 15, and at Pike’s Corner Oasis in Livermore from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, June 29.

Residents are invited to stop for a blood pressure check, a physician referral or to chat with staff. Visitors can receive a free ScoreHealth screening, a health risk assessment tool that includes a cholesterol and blood pressure check and information on keeping healthy or improving health.

All visits are weather permitting, and cancellations will be announced on WKTJ radio, 99.3 FM. For more information, contact the coalition at 779-3136.
