CLEVELAND – Edwin Jackson and two Detroit Tigers relievers extended Cleveland’s scoreless streak to 19 innings with a 4-0 win over the Indians on Saturday night.

The Indians have not scored since the eighth inning of a 13-3 loss Thursday in Boston. Cleveland got only two hits Friday night off Tigers right-hander Justin Verlander in a 1-0 loss.

Jackson (2-2) struck out seven and allowed only five hits and one walk over seven innings.

Joel Zumaya and Fernando Rodney each worked one inning to complete the seven-hit shutout.

Cleveland starter Fausto Carmona (1-4) gave up two runs and four hits over 6 2-3 innings, walking six and striking out four.

The Indians have dropped six of their last eight overall.
