Lower Broadway in Farmington was blocked off Wednesday as an E.L. Vining crew dug up the street to reach the water main. Workers from Team EJP of Gardiner were standing by to tap into the main for a sprinkler system for the renovated offices next to Kyes Insurance Agency. Bjorn Realty, owner of the building, is renovating the space to lease for offices.
