LEWISTON — Leo and Gail Baillargeon of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Carol Baillargeon of Lewiston, to Robert Allen DeFlumere Jr. of Nanticoke, Pa., son of Robert and Theresa DeFlumere Sr. of Roswell, Ga.
Miss Baillargeon is the granddaughter of Emma and Cyrille Baillargeon and the late Priscilla and Joseph Lagasse of Lewiston. She is a 2001 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2006 graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Mass., with a degree in education. She is currently employed as a second grade teacher at Trinity Catholic School in Lewiston.
Mr. DeFlumere is the grandson of the late Agnes and Timothy F. Mynahan Sr. of Lewiston. He is a 1990 graduate of Fairhaven High School in Fairhaven, Mass. and is employed as a production analyst at Verizon Corporate in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
The wedding will be held at 1 p.m. on Nov. 14 at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Lewiston, with a reception to follow at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston.
