Five-year-old Zachariah Wiggin of South Paris plants his nose firmly into a lilac blossom for a good whiff of the heady fragrance and grins on Saturday during the McLaughlin Gardens Lilac Festival in South Paris. The boy ran from flower to flower at his height, sniffing each one while visiting the garden with his mom, Erica Henderson of South Paris. The festival continues from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. There is a $5 entry fee.
