LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce is offering a seminar, “Renew, Refresh, Re-Energize!” on June 3 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Chamber’s Community Conference Room, Business Service Center at KeyBank Plaza, 415 Lisbon St.

Lee Ann Szelog will be the presenter for this fast-paced, high energy program that will provide tools and concepts to help individuals develop and maintain not only a healthy attitude, but also a positive outlook. Participants will also gain insight on how to pursue dreams, enhance communication and relationships and enhance the overall quality of their lives.

Szelog is the co-author of the award-winning book, “Our Point of View – Fourteen Years at a Maine Lighthouse,” and “By a Maine River – A Year of Looking Closely.” Prior to having her own speaking and training business, she worked in the corporate world for 28 years, specializing in marketing and training, and earned many honors and national awards during that time.
