AUBURN – Funeral services were held Wednesday morning for Marjorie I. Houston at Dillingham & Sons Memorial Chapel, Auburn. Officiating was the Rev. Donald Mayberry.

A star point ceremony was held by the Order of Eastern Star, Casco Chapter 160. The eulogy was given by her daughter, Beverly Winchenbach, and grandson Ryan Brown recited a poem. Music was provided by the Country Bandits, singing “Amazing Grace” and “In The Garden.”

Bearers were her grandsons, Todd Winchenbach, Brian Houston, Norman Gurschick Jr., Justin Elie, Brandon Elie, Ryan Brown and Evan Gurschick.

At the gravesite, a poem was shared by granddaughters, Amy Gurschick and Brittany Brown and songs “Closer Walk With Thee” and “Remember Me” were sung by the Country Bandits. Interment was held at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn.
