BETHEL – Polls for municipal elections will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Crescent Park School.

Robert Everett is seeking re-election to the Board of Selectman and assessor; Patricia Nasta is seeking another term as a SAD 44 School Board director.

No one took out papers for a second SAD 44 director seat left vacant when Becky Cummings chose not to run. That means whoever gets the most write-in votes wins, Town Clerk Christen Mason said Wednesday.

If there are no write-ins, selectmen will appoint someone to a one-year term, then offer the remaining two-year term at next year’s annual town meeting, Mason said.
