FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Edward L. Kahkonen, 28, Oxford, negotiating a worthless instrument on Sept. 18, 2008, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $53.45.

Chris J. Karlok, 45, Milton, N.H., violating snowmobile noise level limits on Jan. 23, by default, fined $100.

Jacob A. Kendall, 37, Lewiston, operating unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 7, waived, fined $100.

Scott W. Kidder Sr., 28, Wilton, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on Jan. 16, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months with all but seven days suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months with all but seven days suspended, probation one year.

Wendell A. Komulainen Jr., 44, Phillips, attaching false plates on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Jack Labranche, 61, Wilton, failure to register vehicle on Jan. 24, waived, fined $100.

Glendon Ladd, 20, Freeman Township, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on Jan. 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to six months.

James Langlin, 43, Livermore, violating snowmobile noise level limits on Jan. 23, offense committed, fined $50.

Adrian F. Legere, 79, Jay, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Jan. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Cody Lemieux, 19, Jay, harassment by telephone on July 26, 2008, dismissed.

Amanda Marchetti, 21, Jay, protective order from harassment violation, violating condition of release on Feb. 11, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $200.
