HARRISON – Voters at the annual town meeting Wednesday night approved a comprehensive plan and emergency management ordinance. Four ordinances were amended.

They overruled a moderator’s decision to take funding requests from several social agencies as a single article, and approved $5,350 for five organizations that sent representatives to the meeting. Sixteen agencies asked for money.

Voters approved appropriating up to $25,000 for the Fire Department to buy a dedicated radio frequency.

They were still at work on the warrant articles late Wednesday.
