AUBURN – Bretteney Sanders drew a bases-loaded walk to plate the winning run in Pat’s Pizza’s dramatic 14-13 victory over Crystal Springs in Auburn Suburban Little League softball.

Brooke Reynolds posted the pitching win for Pat’s. Sarah Johnson and Tianna Harriman shared the mound duties for Crystal.

Katie Williams led Pat’s with three hits. Danielle Rock and Reynolds each ripped a pair, with single hits by Jordyn Reynolds, Sidney Harris and Olivia Jensen.

For Crystal Springs, Harriman, Dani Wyman and Kory Norcross each had three hits, including a Norcross home run. Hannah Farrington delivered two hits and Becky Breau added another.

ASLL Minor Softball

AUBURN – Pacios Rausch extended its winning streak to eight games with four recent victories. During those four games, Pacios scored an amazing 63 runs and belted 67 hits.

Piper Norcross and Morgan Creps lead the offensive attack registering 11 hits each. Sarah Legere, Madison Thistlewaite and Michaela Nalley each scored eight runs. Emma Allen and Mary White rounded out the offensive explosion with two hits apiece and four runs each. Julia Milks pitched great for Pacios. Maddie Allen, Kimberly Cristina and Destiny Levesque each played superb defense for Pacios.

Apple Valley Babe Ruth

WINTHROP – Zach Glazier and Jim Theriault each belted a single and a double to lead Winthrop’s 7-6 victory over Monmouth in Apple Valley Babe Ruth baseball. Tyler Stockford added a single for Winthrop (6-1). Brandon Goff singled twice for Monmouth. Josh Fournier and D.J. McHugh each chipped in a single.

At Wales, Sabattus swept a doubleheader from Greene, 13-7 and 6-5 in extra innings.

Game one went to Sabattus on the strength of a complete game and 13 strikeouts from Sam Morin. Tyler Pelletier, Donnie Vannah, Parker Asselin and Ryan Stevens all contributed with triples, and Sam Morin had three hits. Tyler Hutchinson, Sam Godfrey and Tyler Sirois were repeat hitters for Greene, while Christian Fullerton added a double.

In the second game, Jared Glazier pitched 5 2/3 strong innings and Parker Asselin gained the win in relief. Brady Dion and Tyler Pelletier each had three hits. Parker Asselin was a repeat hitter with Vannah and Josh Martin adding doubles. Greene’s Zack Fullerton had a great pitching effort supported by multiple hits from Christian Fullerton, Tyler Hutchinson and Devon McMahon.
