Award-winning author to provide “Attitude Adjustments” at the show
Speaker and award-winning author Lee Ann Szelog will provide free “attitude adjustment sessions” at the show to reinforce the theme, “Recharge Your Business.”
Szelog will provide information, inspiration and action points to help attendees take action and transform their attitudes to help participants “live life, rather than react to it.” The 15-minute sessions will be held 10:30, 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00 in the Rejuvenation Station, a.k.a. the Shipyard Lounge.
“Running a business is tiring, stressful and challenging,” says Szelog. “For small business owners and executives of larger businesses, there are never enough hours in the day. Today we all have to do more with less, so we frequently find ourselves and our businesses drained of energy, motivation and enthusiasm.
“We need to take time to be aware of our actions, thoughts and attitude in order to recharge our batteries and refresh our perspective to keep us performing at a consistently high level. That gives us the energy to keep our employees motivated, happy and productive.”
The attitude adjustment programs are quick and hard-hitting and will focus on easy-to-use techniques to help attendees modify their thoughts and attitudes to enjoy a more productive and positive life, both personally and professionally.
Lee Ann Szelog is a professional speaker, trainer and award-winning author. She is often called the poster child for having a positive attitude.
