EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MATTERS
To be able to offer our services from homebuyer education to loan closing, we needed to assemble a team of specialists who can work with each of our clients, a team having the most up to date programs, technology and services the industry has to offer. Our staff regularly attends national training programs designed to provide each of our clients with those services which are up to date and meet the needs of today’s market. Our mortgage and counseling technology allows us to access the many new programs offered across the country, often before they are known to the general public.
When it comes to lending we see the need be creative and innovative while filling the unique needs of our conservative housing market in mind. Low or no downpayment loans, as well as closing cost and downpayment assistance programs, are just a few of the tools we have in place to help achieve the dream of homeownership.
Combine these tools with the many years of experience offered by the staff at the Homeownership Center, and we think we have the right combination to make a difference. Working as a team, we utilize this experience to your benefit. Once we have analyzed each client’s needs, we can put together a plan which will provide the best possible opportunity for you to become a homeowner.
