LISBON – Owner Maria Birchfield has opened her restaurant business at 5 Village St., Lisbon. Town officials were on hand May 29 to welcome the new business with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Maria’s will be opened Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Offerings on her menu include hot and cold sandwiches and subs, burgers, fresh dough pizzas, salads, Mexican and more. Takeout orders are available by calling 353-0940.
