Eve Erdelle Proctor
1928 – 2009
CASCO — Eve Erdelle Proctor went home to the Lord peacefully on Sunday, June 21, while at the Casco Inn and Residential Care Facility.
She was born on Oct 17, 1928, a daughter of Albert and Hazel Proctor. She was married to James Knight for a few years and then divorced. She lived with her brother, Forrest, for many years and enjoyed his and her sister, Della’s company very much.
She was the last living member of the large Proctor family in Casco. She lived at the Casco Inn for eight years, where she participated in most of the activities and especially liked playing beano.
She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, who will miss her along with her extended family at the Casco Inn. She especially appreciated all the visits from her grandson, Doug Davis. She cherished her daughter, Betsy, who predeceased her in 2000. She enjoyed her grandchildren, Doug Davis of Lewiston and Sally Riccaridelli of North Port, Fla., along with her great-grandson, Zachery Riccaridelli. Doug visited her every other weekend and she really loved those visits.
