German Torres, 50, was charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and trafficking in prison contraband at 12:54 a.m. on June 15 at 315 Lisbon St.

Michael Asselin, 51, was charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license, and failing to notify of an accident at 11:08 p.m. on June 16 at 40 East Ave. after he struck a vehicle in the parking lot.

Wanted

Joshua Emerson, 25, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for theft.

Robert Durr, 40, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for disorderly.
