• Toby Beal, 28, of Rumford, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license, 5 a.m. June 17 on Route 108. He was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 8 in Rumford District Court.
