LEWISTON — A local teenager has been arrested and some items recovered as police continue to investigate a break-in at Vineyard Church last week.
The Lewiston teen was charged with burglary. Police said that sometime overnight last Wednesday or Thursday, a suspect or suspects broke down a door to the church, ransacked the building and made off with several items. Windows were smashed and other damage was reported, along with missing items including computer equipment.
Police on Wednesday said some of the stolen goods had been recovered. The burglary remained under investigation.
